Saudi Arabia

Aerofoam – Hilton Hotel Riyadh

The project involves the construction of a five-star hotel tower comprising 20 floors offering 645 rooms and suites, and hotel apartments building comprising 14 floors offering 221 apartments.

Aerofoam – ITCC Complex

The project involves the construction of 4 towers for a communications complex and an information technology park comprising a common basement car park, an underground retail mall and 20 additional floors each.

Aerofoam – King Abdullah Financial District

The project involves construction of a financial district which will be centered on the high rise headquarters of the financial sector regulator, the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) and the Saudi stock exchange (Tadawul).

Aerofoam – Prince Sultan University

The project involves the construction of a university for boys and girls comprising an administration building, Riyadh foundation for science’s administration building, a local administration for Prince Salman center and other facilities.

United Arab Emirates

Aerofoam – Al Fahidi Market

The market complex is one of the distinctive projects implemented by the Dubai municipality and the construction is going on at a total area of 27,000 square meters.

Aerofoam – Villas at Silla

The project involves the construction of 448 villas each comprising a ground floor and an additional floor. The project also includes utility buildings.

Aerofoam – Sharjah Expo Center

The project involves the expansion of Sharjah Expo by adding the exhibition facility with an area of 50, 000 sqm. The project will also include the construction of a hotel apartment building offering 300 rooms.

Aerofoam – Oceanscape

The project involves the construction of two towers comprising 3 basement levels, a ground floor, 6 podium levels with 29 additional floors in Tower A and 28 additional floors in Tower B.

Aerofoam – New York University

The campus occupies a site of approximately 15.4 Hectares split into two plots.

Aerofoam – Jumeirah Village

The project involves the construction of 523 villas and residential townhouses0 each comprising a ground floor and an additional floor. Located north of Emirates Road and west of Al Barsha Road.

Aerofoam – Golf Garden Community

The Golf Gardens project is a residential community project consisting of 389 villas and townhouses of different sizes and types together with a community clubhouse and supporting infrastructure and landscape.

Aerofoam – Al Falah Community

Al Falah is a master-planned community for UAE nationals as part of the Plan Abu Dhabi 2030 directive. The new development provides around 5,000 homes for middle-income UAE families.
