The project involves the construction of a 5-star hotel comprising 5 basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor, 27 additional floors that will offer 150 apartments and a roof.

The project involves the construction of a commercial and residential building comprising 2 basement levels, a ground floor, 5 podium levels, and 51 additional floors.
Aerofoam India – Marina Bay Najmat – Abu Dhabi
The project involves the construction of a tower comprising 3 basement levels, a ground floor, 3 podiums, and 21 additional floors. It includes offices on podium levels, penthouses, and duplexes on the higher floors.
Aerofoam India – The Corner – Dubai
The project involves the construction of a commercial tower comprising 3 basement levels, a ground floor, 3 parking floors, a health club, and 18 additional floors.
Aerofoam India – Southern Sun Hotel – Abu Dhabi
The project involves the construction of a commercial building comprising 4 basement levels, a ground floor, 3 podium levels and 25 additional floors that will offer 290 offices.
Aerofoam India-Sofitel Resort Palm Jumeirah-Dubai
The project involves the construction of a five-star hotel comprising a ground floor and 6 additional floors offering 361 rooms, a resort complex offering 182 rooms and a spa.
Aerofoam India – Hotel Novotel
The project involves the construction of three towers. Tower 1 is the Novotel Hotel that offers 150 apartments. Tower 2 will be an office tower. Tower 3 is a residential tower that offers 128 apartments.

The project involves the construction of a hotel building comprising 2 basement levels, a ground floor, a parking level, and 21 additional floors.

The project involves the construction of a commercial building comprising 4 basement levels, a ground floor, 3 podium levels and 25 additional floors that will offer 290 offices.
Qatar
Al-Khor-Housing-Doha
The project is in the northern city of Al Khor; it aims to rent attractive, medium to high-quality residential apartments for the city’s residents.
Bin Samik Tower – Doha
The Bin Samikh Hotel Tower is located in Al‐Dafna and covers an area of 4.89 km2 and a total floor area of 62,880 km2. The hotel consists of 40 floors, parking, four basement floors, and two mezzanines.
Fox Hills – Doha
UAE‐based Damac Properties has unveiled The Piazza, a 14‐tower residential project in Doha’s Fox Hills. It has 600 studios and one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a health club, swimming pools, and 24‐hour maintenance and security.
MIC QP Project
This site is located in Mesaieed Industrial City region. The developer company (ALAQARIA) created a super-regional recreation building with a unique leisure and entertainment facility.
Polysilicon Factory – Doha
Qatar Solar Technologies (QSTec) will build a US$ 1 billion Polysilicon manufacturing plant in Ras Laffan Industrial City.
10 Kindergarten Project – Doha
The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) constructed a number of new schools and kindergartens in different parts of Qatar. This project includes nine kindergartens at Sailiyya, Shahaniyya, and Duhail and two KGs each at Bu Nakhla, Ain Khaled and New Doha areas.
Sinyar Tower
The Sinyar Tower Hotel consists of 52 floors. Diwan architect currently provides consultancy services for the project.
Bahrain
Banader Hotel – Bahrain
The design was commissioned by Banader in association with Rotana. The brief requested 267 hotel rooms, including executive rooms, larger suites and 140 serviced apartments of one, two and three-bedroom units.
Fakhroo Tower – Bahrain
The project involves the construction of a tower comprising a ground floor, 5 parking levels and 27 additional floors that offer 125 offices.
Kuwait
The Avenues Mall
This new phase is comprised of 6 defined districts, each with their own unique character, collectively creating vibrant and varied customer experiences. District will include: Prestige, Grand Avenue, the Mall, SOKU, the Souk, and Bazaar.
